Following the Competition and Markets Authority’s Funerals Market Investigation, every UK funeral director is legally required to publish a Standardised Price List in a fixed format. Two figures sit at the top: the all-in cost of a direct cremation, and the funeral director’s charges for an attended funeral.
Families should not have to search dozens of funeral director websites at a difficult time. We capture these lists from each provider’s website, normalise them, and present them by postcode, by city, and by service. No commercial relationships with funeral directors. No hidden incentives. Just the published numbers, current and comparable.
