Peter Langdon FCA

Peter Langdon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and the founder of Indexeli Intelligence Limited, the company that publishes Funeral Cost Index. He is listed in ICAEW’s Find a Chartered Accountant directory.

Funeral Cost Index exists to make published price information easier to find, understand and check. Peter applies an accountancy-led approach to that work: every published price carries a source and a capture date, captured figures are kept clearly separate from estimates, corrections are handled transparently, and the methodology is documented in full. The aim is a citable public-interest data resource, not commentary.

He is the author of the site’s cost guides and is responsible for its data methodology and correction handling.
